Hello everyone! And Merry Christmas to all of you ♥ Did Santa get you what you wanted? I hope you had a wonderful night with your family and had a very good time -and lots of food! Some families live wide apart so Christmas is the perfect time to catch up and have a delightful moment. There were only the four of us this year -for the first time! my sis and I, our mm and our step-dad ♥ and I announced proudly that next year will be my turn to host our families with my man (it'll be our turn to prep it all and clean after!lol) . Well now I feel like I put 10bs on in just one night! Damn chocolates ....

No surprise, my gifts were  almost only about fitness, I got a suspension training kit and resistance bands (from 24lbs to 75lbs), freddy pants, a mannequin,  etc... Can't wait to use them all ! So what about you guys? How did you like Christmas this year? What was on your Christmas list ? Now I will really start looking after my diet and exercise a bit ! Stay healthy ! ♥

Bonjour tout le monde! Et Joyeux Noël à vous tous♥ Le Père Noël vous a offert ce que vous vouliez? J'espère en tout cas que vous avez passé une très belle soirée en famille! Certaines familles vivent très éoignées au quotidien donc Noël semble la période parfaite pour se retrouver et passer un super moment. Nous n'étions que quatre cette année - une première!- avec ma soeur, ma maman et beau-papa ♥ Et j'ai annoncé fièrement que l'année prochaine, je recevrai nos familles avec mon homme (à moi a galère de préparer et ranger après lol!)

Maintenant j'ai le sentiment d'avoir pris 5kg en une nuit! Sacrés chocolats...

Sans surprise, mes cadeaux ont pas mal tourné autour du thème sportif. Un kit de suspension (type TRX), des bandes de résistances de 10 à 35kg, un pantalon Freddy... Vraiment hâte de tous les utiliser! Et vous les amis? Qu'avez-vous pensé de votre Noël cet année? Qu'aviez-vous mis sur votre list de cadeaux? Maintenant il va falloir se recentrer sur la diète et faire un peu d'activité! Restez en forme ♥

Hey you! I've been writing a lot of posts recently with absolutely no link to fitness. But well, fitness isn't always  about sports bra and protein powder and gym equipments, it's also about finding baance in a life that sometimes gets complicated! Don't worry though, now I am in holidays I will try and bring you the best concerning fitness!

So yesterday I did some spicy wine to sip during the movie, it's very popular here and really have a taste of Christmas. It was the first time I did it myself and really, I am proud cause it's close to what I already had in the past years. It's hot, makes you feel comfortable and leaves you with a smile (but have it moderation, wine is still wine!) Here's the recipe and I really recommend it when you're having friends or family during winter, good Christmas vibes only!

- a bottle of good french red wine 

- 1/6 diced orange with skin

- 1/4 diced lemon with skin

- 50gr brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon of mixed spices ( ginger, bergamot, cinnamon, clove)

Throw everything in a pan on high heat, once it boils let on low heat for about 20 minuts. Serve hot, enjoy ♥

Coucou vous!  Et bien, pas mal de posts ces derniers temps, mais aucun en lien avec le fitness!

 Mais bon, fitness ne veut pas uniquement dire soutif de sport, protéine en poudre et équipement de gym! C'est aussi trouver l'équilibre dans une vie qui devient vite compliquée! Mais ne vous en faites pas, je suis en vacances et je vais vous apporter ce que j'ai de meilleur niveau entrainement mes loulous!

Hier soir j'ai fait du vin chaud que vous connaissez peut-être, c'est très populaire et ça sent bon Noël! C'était la première fois que j'en préparais et je suis super fière de moi, puisque niveau goût ça ressemble beaucoup à ceux que j'ai déjà pu gouter ! C'est chaud, ça fait du bien au bidon, et ça vous colle le sourire (mais avec modération attention, ça reste du vin!) Voici la simplissime recette que je vous recommande vivement! entre amis ou en famille, réchauffez-vous les papilles!

- une bouteille de bon vin rouge

- 1/6 d'orange en dés, avec la peau

- 1/4 de citron en dés avec la peau

- 50gr de sucre roux

- 1 cuillère à soupe de mélange quatre épices ( gingembre, bergamote, cannelle, girofle)

Mettez tout dans une casserole à ébullition, puis à feu doux pendant environ 20 minutes. Servez chaud! ♥

Hello my little fit stars! What a bad day it was for me yesterday, and I believe today will not be better. I woke up feeling very sick today, managed to workout anyway and I kinda regret i now... lol 

Yesterday I received my Lush order yesterday and opened it this morning, I love these products! It smells so good even unopened! So I wanted to tell you about them because if you haven't tried it yet, you're really missing something!

So I got three bath bombs ( smells like heaven and dies your bath with the prettiest colors!) a blackberry one, a dragon egg one, and a santa one! This last is so cute I don't want to use it ! Each is about 200gr for 5€ so it's really worth the price.

I also got a mask of magnaminty, I am really into clay masks, and this one is very similar, only better!

And to finish with I ordered tea toner tabs, that you put in hot water , cover your head with a cloth and inhale for about 10 min. It soften and cleanse the face skin and even help you breathe a little better.

To finish with, the gift behind it all is for my sister, but I will keep this one secret as she might come here and find out ! Don't worry Cam, only 24 days left! 

 I can't wait to use a bath bomb this weekend and relax a little! I really hope you'll doing great in this cold weather and have a very good week! If not, hold on! 2 days left til we all get to rest our minds and bodies ♥

Coucou mes Fit Stars! Quelle mauvaise journée hier! Et j'ai le sentiment qu'aujourd'hui ne va pas être mieux.. Je me suis réveillée vraiment malade ce matin mais je me suis quand même entrainée mais je le regrette un peu maintenant ! 

Hier j'ai reçu mon colis de chez Lush et je l'ai ouvert ce matin, j'adore ces produits! Ca sent super bon, même quand le colis est fermé! Donc je tenais absolument à vous en parler, car si vous ne l'avez pas déjà testé, vous ratez quelque chose!

Donc j'ai reçu trois bombe de bain (ça sent tellement bon et ça colore votre bain !) une à la mûre, une "oeuf de dragon" et une Santa! cette dernière est tellement mimi que j'ai pas envie de l'utiliser :) chacune pèse environ 200gr pour 5€ donc c'est vraiment pas mal rapport quantité/prix.

J'ai aussi pris un masque La Grande Mentheuse, je suis vraiment une addict des masques à l'argile et celui-ci est similaire, mais bien meilleur!

Et j'ai aussi pris des toner à l'arbre de thé, vous les mettez dans de l'eau chaude, couvrez votre tête avec une serviette et inhalez pendant environ 10min. Ca adoucit et clarifie la peau, et ça aide même à respirer un peu!

Pour finir, le cadeau derrière est celui de ma soeur, que je vais carder secret au cas où elle passe par ici! T'inquiète pas Cam, encore 24 petits jours avant de l'ouvrir !

J'ai vraiment hâte d'utiliser une de mes bombes de bain ce week end pour me relaxer un peu. J'espère que vous passer une super journée par ce froid de canard, et surtout une bonne semaine! Si non, tenez bon! Encore deux petits jours avant qu'on repose nos corps et esprits ♥
