Booty Selfies & Session
7/08/2015 01:19:00 pmHey everyone!! Today was booty day as you can see from the pictures above ;) I had a lot of fun even if the session wasn't very long! Here's how it went:
- Air Squat 30 reps / 3 sets
- Kickbacks 20 reps / 4 sets
- Fire Hydrant (see picture above) 10 reps each side / 5 sets
- One Leg Lunge 15 reps each side / 3 sets
- Backward Lateral lunge w/ towels (slipping the leg on the floor) 30 reps / 3 sets
