The pictures above are all from yesterday, I first wanted to have a restday but did finally hit glutes and abs! It was challenging and well, I love to workout so it's not really often I miss a training day. I had a crazy salad for lunch then, with a whole cucumber cut into thin slices and tomatoes and sardines : refuel! Then we went out with my man to do some errands and ended up having a coffee by the sea. There's not much things I like most than spending time with him (and with a view!) It was cosy and warm, then the boyfriend snapped a picture of my outfit outside (it doesn't show but I was freezing!)
I found new Sigdal food also! The oat one is to die for ♥ It's norwegian bread, just as crackers, made with seeds and I absolutely love it topped with peanut butter ♥ For those of you who are interested in macros, they have great ones so it's safe to say you can include this crackers in a healthy diet, no problem :) Find the one you like best on here!

J'adore le sport et c'est rare que je manque un jour! Après ça déjeuner, une énorme salade avec un concombre entier coupé en lamelles, tomates et sardines: une bonne dose d'énergie! Ensuite le chéri et moi sommes partis faire quelques courses, prendre un café près de la mer... Il y a peu de choses que j'aime plus que de passer du temps avec lui (et avec vue sur mer!) le pied. Mon chéri à même pris le temps de prendre une photo dehors (et ça se voit pas mais je caillais!)
