I'm happy to introduce you to my new favorite breakfast I ever cooked! I don't know how I ended up mixing these ingrédients but I'm glad I did! I am always in a rush on mornings, I spend about 30 minutes sipping on my coffee, opening one eye after the other and enjoying my boyfriend before he leaves to work, then put on workout clothes and train for an hour. Then shower, makeup, food in just 30 minutes then I'm off to go! Time goes by so fast when you're half awake :) So this is just a pleasure to grab one of the breakfast jars I prepared, add milk and enjoy! Here's the recipe:

- 2 handfuls of All Brans (so so much fibers!)

- 1 handful of organic muesli

- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

- 1 scoop of White Chocolate protein powder

- Hazelnuts

-Milk (soy/almond or low fat milk)

I just put the ingredients in the jar and when it's time to eat it, I add water (about a glass) and wether put in the microwave or mix and eat it cold. It's so good you can get frustrated and it's so healthy you won't feel guilty! And it'll give you great energy for the rest of the day ;) I'll keep this in my diet from now on!

- 2 poignée de All bran

- 1 poignée de muesli bio

- 1 cac de cacao maigre en poudre

- 1 dose de protéine Chocolat Blanc

- Noisettes

- Lait(de soja/amandes ou lait écrémé)

Je mets tous les ingrédients dans mes pots et quand vient le moment de le manger, j'ajoute le lait(environ un verre) et soit je le met au micro ondes soit je mélange et je mange froid. Tellement bon que vous ne serez pas frustré, tellement sain que vous ne vous sentirez pas coupables! Et vous aurez de l'énergie pour toute la journée ;) Je garde ce repas dans mon régime, c'est sur!

I'm so happy to share this deliciousness with you all!! You may've come across youtube or IG videos showing how to make a chocolate bowl with a simple balloon and it seemed so fun I gave it a try yesterday night. You simply dip an inflated balloon in a bowl of melted chocolate, and let it cool. Then, once the chocolate is cooled and hardened again, you just pop the baloon with a pin and voilà, isn't it very pretty? Then I simply finely diced strawberries, topped with low-cal whipped cream, and a few flaked almonds. Perfect in the mouth but not calorie dense! Easy peasy!

Vous avez sûrement vu ces vidéos Youtube ou IG qui vous montrent comment réaliser des bols en chocolat avec un ballon et a avait l'air tellement sympa à faire que je m'y suis collée hier soir! Il suffit de tremper un ballon gonflé dans un bol plein de chocolat fondu et le laisser refroidir. Une fois froid, quand le chocolat a durci de nouveau, il suffit de péter le ballon et voilà, c'est pas joli? Puis j'ai fait une brunoise de fraises dans le fond, recouvert de crème Chantilly allégée et de quelques amandes effilées. Un bonheur pour les papilles et pas si calorique que ça!

Oh my.... Yesterday evening I cooked these again, a slightly different version from my last chocolate cups! This time the inside is juste a simple porridge made of oats, soy milk and diced banana. Yes, no added sugar or honey, the banana does the job by itself and it clearly tasted ah-mazing! ♥ So happy with myself ! In fact I believe you can do any version of these cups, in a very healthy way (the topping is the only calorie dense part here).

Now I think I'll be not doing much of my day today, I've been really really doing great with my workouts lately so I allow myself a little restday! Normally my restdays are saturday and sunday but if I need one in advance I just re-adjust my schedule to catch up and not miss a day in the end :) I wish you all a crazy good weekend filled with laughs and love and cuddles ♥

//Mon dieu... Hier soir j'ai cuisiné ces petites merveilles une nouvelle fois, une version légèrement differente de la dernière fois! Cette fois-ci l'intérieur est un simple porridge d'avoine, lait de soja et banane en dés. Et oui, aucun sucre ajouté puisque la banane se suffit à elle-même et c'est vraiment super bon! ♥ Super ravie du résultat! En fait je pense que toutes les versions sont possibles, et restent saines! (le nappage est la seule chose qui nécessitera un peu de cardio le lendemain! ).

Maintenant ça va être repos, avec pas grand chose au programme! Les entrainements récents m'ont plus que satisfaite donc je me permet! Normalement mes jours de repos sont le samedi et dimanche, mais si j'ai besoin de repos dans la semaine je réajuste mon programme afin de rattraper mon retard et ne rater aucun jour au final! :) Je vous souhaite à tous un excellent weekend plein d'amour, de rires et de câlins ♥

Above are some of my favorite food pictures among the last months. I don't always spice up my cooking game with beautiful presentation, but I think it's a good alternative to having a sugar-loaded guiltful chocolate bar! You don't need ingredients from foreign countries or expensive stuff, but just a bit of imagination and you're good to go! I really think it helps keeping your diet together and holding on, as you won't crave a burger after that! Some exemples:

- Mix fruits you're not used to eating, add protein powder for a mouth watering smoothie !

- Take blinis and 0% cream, stick your favorite food on it for heathy bites

- Check 'overnight oats recipes' with fruits/nuts for tasty breakfast !

- You struggle eating fish? Try tinned mackerel as a main course for a vintage meal !...

There are quick and easy solutions for a healthy meal at work, after the gym or simply for a family dinner. The more you set your mind on HEALTH, the more you will crave healthy stuff! But if it's boring, your efforts won't last. Suprise yourself with recipes which are totally guilt free and tasty so it will be easier to follow a good diet - without binging every 5 days.

// Ci-dessus, quelques une de mes food pics préférés de ces derniers mois. Bien sûr, c'est pas joli comme ça tous les jours, mais de temps en temps c'est toujours mieux que de se prendre une barre de chocolat pleine de sucres et de culpabilité! Pas besoins d'ingrédients de contrées lointaines ou super chères, mais seulement d'un peu d'imagination et c'est parti! Je pense que ça aide vraiment a tenir son régime, vous aurez pas envie d'un hamburger après ça! Quelques exemples:

- Mixez des fruits que vous ne mangez pas d'habitude, ajoutez de la protéine pour un super smoothie !

- Etalez du fromage frais sur des blinis, vos ingrédients préférés par-dessus pour un apéro healthy

- Cherchez des recettes de 'overnights oats' (avoine) avec des fruits ou des noix pour le petit-dèj

- Vous mangez rarement du poisson? Essayez les poissons en conserves au naturel (maquereaux) pour un repas vintage !....

Ce sont des solutions simples et rapides  pour des repas sains au bureau, après le sport ou pour un repas en famille. Plus vous vous concentrez sur la SANTÉ, plus vous aurez envie d'aliments  sains! Mais si c’est ennuyeux comme repas, vos efforts ne tiendront pas. When you've worked your ass off for a few weeks, I find it super cool to break the routine unexpectedly, and that's what I did yesterday by celebrating my man's birthday on a Thursday! I Trained cardio and strength early in the morning, hurried from work to run for errands and get everything ready, and I like it so much when I prepare a surprise for someone! The only fact of making someone smile is my miracle :) So I bought some Veuve Cliquot Champagne, made french fries with beef, and even found a chocolate cake -from an awarded cook- that was so goodlooking I felt like a murderer when I sliced it.... Poor story. Besides that it's the first birthday I get to spend with who I now know is the man of my life, so no need to say it was one of my best evening to date.

Even if I did drink a few drinks of the liquid sparkling gold, I trained today, mainly legs with medium weights and modified squats so I could challenge a bit and spice it all up ! I hope you guys are really fine too, and that your week went well (and if it didn't, I'm glad it's finally over ♥)

//Quand tu travailles à mort pendant quelques semaines, c'est super de pouvoir casser la routine sans s'y attendre, et c'est ce que j'ai fait en fêtant l'anniversaire de mon homme un jeudi! Je me suis entraînée le matin (cardio+force), dépêchée de partir du travail pour fignoler le tout, j'adore faire des suprises! Le fait de voir sourire quelqu'un me fait plaisir! J'ai donc acheté de la Veuve Cliquot, fait des frites et du boeuf, et un gâteau au chocolat -d'un pâtissier récompensé- tellement beau que je me suis sentie coupable de le couper... Pauvre histoire. A côté de ça c'est le premier anniversaire que je passe avec celui qui je le sais est l'homme de ma vie, donc inutile de vous dire que ça a été une des plus jolies soirées de ma vie.

Même si j'ai bu quelques verres du liquide doré, Je me suis entraînée aujourd'hui, principalement les jambes avec poids médium et variations de squats pour changer un peu et épicer la session! J'espère que vous avez tous passé une super semaine (et si ce n'est pas le cas, je suis contente pour vous qu'elle soit finie ♥)

So I've missed quite some posts because I had a lot of work going on !! I've decided to do another series like a did not along ago (fruit smoothies) but here I want to try those so-called energy boosters and protein bars. 

Are they worth the hype? And, more important, are they worth the price? I've started to try a few of them.  All the items displayed in the upcoming posts labelled "Gym Food" come from Decathlon (I know this gym store is also present in Spain and the UK). Please forgive me for the bad pictures but I forgot my camera and I don't have propoer pictures to show yet I really wanted to write this post!

 So the very first I want to talk about is the HighProtein Weider bar. It's so beyond all the Quest bars! This is a 100 gr bar with 42 gr of protein, quality carbs, sodium (to cope with the sodium you lost while sweating) and amino acids. The price is 4€ here if I remember well, which is alittle expensive if you want to have it daily, but is really ok if you have it now and then. I love to have is as a cheat! Big, generous and healthy!

This bar is also perfect for people wanting to gain mass.

I had this one at 11.30am, knowing I would start my workout at 12. This bar is a "before-during" snack, claiming to give you an extra boost during the workout, and is meant to be eaten before or during the workout. I chose the Cherry Cranberry Twister flavour and I must admit it tastes like heaven!! Worth all the unhealthy snacks in the world! You really feel like you're indulging when your doing your body good!

On the other side, I had a lack of energy after my Mon-Tue-Wed workouts, and it didn't gave me that extra boost I needed.

So yes for the taste, yes for the price (2€), nah for the boosting effect.

 Finally I got these today, as an afternoon snack. 

This pack is sold 5.99€ for 4 bars and the flavor I chose is Chocolate Caramel and Hazelnuts. Well I must say I'm really surprised because this is a retailer brand and sometimes those are really not good or convincing.

Well this one does its job, is only 60gr which is much more better to eat (I hate to feel super full after eating) and has a total of 31 gr protein!! 

I must say I will definitely order/buy some again !

I have still many to show and test for you not to be fooled by claims: trade and claims have a gym membership too!

Furthermore, don't hesitate to tell me what gym food, brand you want me to test and I will make a review on it!

Monday, dear Monday.... Could we just start each week on Tuesday instead?

Just one week vacation wasn't enough for me to relax and it's that time of the week again we get to wake up early and seize the day! After some cleaning and while uni courses, here I am wanting to share a simple -yet delicious!-  recipe with you all. Well at least those of you who didn't know! Because winter is still around the corner, and we need some comfort food to fight despair and sadness... chocolate is all we need!

All you need is some corn flakes (kellog's would be great) and chocolate bars (the one you love the most).Here I've used cooking chocolate with hazelnuts.

1- smash the chocolate bars in pieces . Put the chocolate in a bowl then place the bowl in a water bath until the chocolate has completely melted.

2- In  second bowl, pour the corn flakes and add the melted chocolate

3- Stir until chocolate has covered every flake

4- Make little balls and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour!

5- Eat 'em all , this is simply delish and perfect for an afternoon/evening snack!
