Yes ! Yesterday I was feeling so so bad after all that food and alcohol we had on Easter ! (not to mention chocolates) so as soon as I got home from my parents, I jumped on my home bike and spinned for a full hour then did 50 overhead kettlebell swings as a finisher. It was so intense and the pace was high so my legs were very sore afterwards ! Best feeling ever : ) Now I am home from Belgium so I am back on ttack with my lovely gym schedule and gear... How could I ask for more ? ❤

Sans parler des chocolats.... : ) donc dès que je suis rentrée, J'ai sauté sur mon vélo d'appartement et j'ai pedalé pendant une heure, puis 50 kettlebell swings pour bien me finir ! Le rythme était tellement soutenu que j'en ai eu vraiment mal aux jambes, meilleure sensation du monde ! Maintenant que je suis rentrée de Belgique, je peux reprendre le training et j'ai tout mon matériel, que demander de plus ? ❤

Yeah!! I finally made it back home yesterday, high time to get back on track with both nutrition and training. Therefore I woke up quite early and hit some squats and biceps curls before killing myself with the TRX! Here's how it goes for that sweaty sesh:

15 biceps curls / 10 squats to row/ 10 pistol squats/ 10 chest pull/ 10 back row (repeat for 6 rounds)

I highly recommend this circuit if you wanna try something new and heart blasting ! What is your favorite TRX move? Stay healthy my friends xx

// enfin a la maison, le bonheur! Ce qui veut dire aussi qu'il est grand temps d'être au point niveau alimentation et entraînement. Donc ce matin, pas de grasse mat', non non ! Apres quelques sets de squats et de biceps, je me suis tuée au TRX ! Voici comment suer un bon coup :

15 curls biceps/ 10 squats et tirage/ 10 pistol squat/ 10 tirage poitrine / 10 tirage dos (faire 6 tours)

Je vous recommande vivement ce circuit si vous voulez quelque chose qui change et qui vous démonte le cardio : ) restez motivés les amis !!

I will start this post saying that this part of the world, north of France to Netherlands - Belgium included- has the most pretty architecture and breath-taking lights in the afternoon. Roofs are all tainted in red, and here you can feel the spirit of the cities, standing strong and invincible for so many years, and untouched after two world wide wars. But then come narrow minds, sick people, and tic tacs in airports. Today, two bombings, two crowded places targeted. Some died, some've been wounded, and for sure every single one of them is going to suffer all their lives for what they underwent this morning. For this country that has been hosting me for nearly two weeks, I am sorry. For the people here having to deal with such a shock, for these cowards who insidiously try and make us panic, cry and fear. We could all live in a world of peace and kindness, we could all spread love. We just could.

//je vais commencer ce post pour dire a quel point cette region est mqgnifique et à quel point l'architecture est belle, ici les villes ont une âme, ont résisté aux guerres et restent fières devant le temps qui passent. Il y a de quoi s'émerveiller. Mais ce matin, deux attentats, dans des lieux bondés. Certqins sont morts, d'autres grièvement blessés, et tous les autres dont la vie sera pour toujours marquée de souffrance après un tel choc. Je suis triste. Triste pour ce pays qui m'accueille depuis bientot deux semaines, pour ces gens pris par surprise à qui on a volé du bonheur, et pour ces lâches qui essaient de semer la panique, la peur et le désarroi parmi nous. Nous pourrions vivre dans un monde de paix et de douceur. Nous pourrions parler d'amour plutôt que de haine. Nous pouvons.

Oh god.. I am sorry I gave no news this past week but really didn't think I would work that many hours and would have so many things to learn. It has resulted in zero workouts since Sunday, 14th. Yes! Because it is totally understandable to have some times now and then when you can't train at all and it's just the promise of an ass-kicking comeback! It's a life long goal so I don't let myself get disappointed when this don't go as they should! (and the second pic is my own motivation for the summer to come... I want that badass body back!)

//mon dieu... Désolée pour le manque de post mais janmais je n'aurai deviné que j'aurai autant de travail et tellement de choses a apprendre ! Le résultat ? Zéro entraînements depuis dimanche 14. Et oui ! Parce que c'est complètement normal de parfois ne pas pouvoir s'entraîner comme on voudrait et c'est juste la promesse d'un retour qui défonce ! C'est un objectif de vie, alors je ne me laisse pas déstabiliser par des contre temps temporaires ! (et la deuxieme photo c'est ma motivation pour l'été, je veux ce corps en mieux ! )

Hey everyone ! I made it safe to Deerlijk in Belgium today, drove a rent car for the first time and now I got to sleep in the loveliest hotel I've ever been. It's so pretty here you should see it ❤ Tomorrow is my Day 1 in here so finger crossed for me please !

I've put lots of efforts recently to turn my boyfriend's dark and boyish interior into something pure, optimized - and a bit more feminine too ! I am such a maniac and I always search for tricks that will make my house look more beautiful ! My baby plants now feel at home and grow their leaves out ! And it feels so good to cook in front of everyone : ) I may not be an interior designer but I think I did good anyway ! Have a very nice Sunday in your cosy place !

//j'ai fait beaucoup d'efforts pour que l'appart de mon chéri, sombre et digne d'un celibataire, ne se transforme en interieur plus clair, optimisé (et féminin aussi ! ) Je suis vraiment maniaque des astuces pour un intérieur plus agréable ! Mes petites plantes grandissent vite et se sentent bien, et c'est super de cuisiner devant ses convives : ) je ne suis pas décoratrice d'intérieur mais je me suis pas mal débrouillé n'est-ce pas ? Months have pased and my diet has sucked for a while, preventing me for reaching my goals and lowering my mood (or the other way around, It's a vicious circle!). The solution? A job. Prepping food and being away from home drastically enhanced my diet and prevent from eating junk during the day. It's also way easier to track water consumption with a wider range because I wake up earlier so 3 liters are not so hard to reach. My mind is busy doing tasks and I don't even get cravings ! And still I have a full hour free in the morning where I can grind, free my mind, sweat and exhaust myself ❤it still takes commitment but for me, being professionally active is the greatest solution to a successful and efficient nutrition plan!

//les mois sont passés et mon regime n'a pas été super, ce qui a atteint mon moral (ou l'inverse, c'est un cercle vicieux!). La solution? Trouver un job. Preparer ses repas et ne pas eyre a la maison a vraiment amélioré les choses et m'ont empêché de mqnger n'importe quoi. C'est aussi plus facile de surveiller sa conso d'eau, je suis debout bien plus tôt donc 3 litres c'est déjà plus envisageable ! Je suis occupée, ce qui m'évite d'avoir des envies de "bouffe" ! Et j'ai toujours une heure libre le matin pour transpirer, travailler, m'évader et me fatiguer ❤ pour moi, être professionnellement actif est la solution la plus efficace pour une nutrition au point !

I never noticed how perfect the light was in our room, I've never seen my delts so shaped and the lines ... I know my upper body sucks sometimes but well, here I see how strong I've become! For all the people who cast stones at you because of jealousy, fear, envy. Take this stones, no matter how heavy they are and build your own castle !

//je n'avais jamais remarqué a quel point la lumière de notre chambre est ideale pour les photos "sport", les ombres et les lignes... Mon haut du corps est parfois moins performant mais la je me rends compte a quel point j'ai changé et a quel point c'est possible! Ne pretez pas attention a ceux qui vous jettent des pierres par envie, jalousie ou peur, prenez ces pierres une par une aussi lourdes soient-elles et faites en un chateau!
