Hi there! I've been lost somewhere between dreams and reality lately ! I have been off track since then, for personal reasons, but I make it a priority to keep cheering people up - in sports and in life - and I am very happy to see other succeed in what they love!

Well as I am currently off track I have more time to spend with my amazing friends and enjoy life as simple as it is. I also spend a huge amount of my free time on the internet -watching californication while drinking tea - and found some inspiration for this time of the year, where all we want is to cuddle and sip on hot chocolate ♥

Hello! today is rainy here, so I'm not going to take a single step outisde! Instead, I pampered myself a bit ! As I often lift weights when I workout, and absolutely love to have clean and varnished nails, I prepared a hand bath with the Dr.Hauschka "Lemon Lemongrass Bath Essence". It's meant to be used in a bath but if you only have a shower, feel absolutely free to soak hands or feet in the lemon water.

You just have to add 2-3 drops of concentrate in hot water. The all room will smell lemon afterwards so you better like the smell! I absolutely love it and I even let the water in the room for several hours after the bath so it diffuses completely. Once the water is cool enough to put a finger in, soak your hands and wait for 10 minutes. You'll feel like your hands are cleaner than ever!

Here are my favorite products for a long-lasting manicure:
- I apply Mavala "Nail Whitener" as a base coat. I always wear nail varnish so it prevents my nails to turn yellow over time and makes the varnish color more intense.
- "Be Happy" Sinful Colors varnish. My current favorite! I love the brand because all their colors are vivid and cute, and way cheaper than some other brands which are really not worth their prices.
- Mavala "Colorfix Top Coat". To be honest, this is what I expect from a top coat. It protects the mani and allows it to last a week or more !

Hey you all! As I was still feeling sick from last week, I didn't do much of my week and focused on makeup and girly things instead of working out. But today, I woke up and decided it was enough. So I took my bike and went where I never went before, on little roads and paths and along the sea.
I really enjoy the moments I am outside, being active. My brain works so fast and not always in the right way but I have so much memories coming back, I learn alot about my current feelings and reactions which really makes me happy! The motivational quotes above helped me through this. It's when I don't feel like waking up that those words mean everything.

I spent 2 hours doing this cardio workout and it was much needed!. Living by the sea, all roads have ups and downs which make the workout funnier, but when the road is flat for too long, I simply increase the resistance and stand up on the bike, pushing like hell.

Hi you!  What a week! Even if I worked out last wednesday, I still feel kinda sick and I don't feel like pushing myself would end up being a good thing. Anyway I took some time for myself and saw some friends! I always say that training is as bad as eating disorder if it takes so much place in your life that you don't see anyone or go out. And I guess my body demands some rest and fun so I am going to rest and have fun and hopefully I'll feel better within the next few days.

And as I decided to be in a better mood too, what's the more efficient therapy than makeup! I'ts been long ago since I haven't bought any makeup stuff and going through the internet has put me in a mood for... shopping!

Hello there! Today has be rough and I kept on wondering if I was strong enough to go back to training. I get this kind of thoughts everytime I have a day off so there's no surprise I felt this weak after a whole week of. The session went like this:

Deltoid Lateral Raise:
4kg / 20 reps / 2 sets
6kg / 10 reps / 2 sets

Upright Rows:
16kg / 20 reps / 2 sets
20kg / 10 reps / 1 set
24kg / 6 Reps / 3 sets

Arnold Press:
6kg / 15 reps / 1 set
7kg / 12 reps / 1 set
8kg / 6 reps / 3 sets

Front Raise:
3kg / 10 reps / 2 sets
5kg / 8 reps / 4 sets

Bent over lateral raise
3kg / 15 reps / 1 set
5kg / 10 reps / 2 sets

Military Press
16kg / 10 reps / 1 set
20kg / 8 reps / 4 sets

 I always prepare myself a bottle of BCAA that I drink during the training. Don't prepare it in advance, it has to be freshly shaken. I got those from MyProtein.


Well, I trained anyway and went easy, but at least I made it and worked! I have no pictures of my sessions at the moment so I thought I could show you my dinner instead. It does look like a breakfast meal right? Well I didn't feel like eating meat and whole wheat pastas so I cooked my usual oats in water, added a spoon of unflavored protein powder, topped with peanut butter and red fruits. Easy, balanced and so good in the mouth!

Don't forget to give yourself 100% in everything you do, all you can get out of this is pride! You may fail once or twice but this is only way to success. GO BEYOND LIMITS xx

Today was the last day of my off week. After the lunch with the girls I got back home and decided to treat myself just like in the old days !

I went online shopping and found some (not so) useful stuff and decided to... give in. I guess it's pretty safe to say I had a wonderful day!

Now I'm on the sofa, warm with sweatpants, sipping on raspberry tea and my nails a freshly done and polished in an outrageously cute blue/green pastel color from Sinful Colors. Can't wait til tomorrow when I'll share my first training session !

 Mornings are my absolute favorite part of the day. What is best than waking up to food!
I make it a priority to eat good in the morning to restore my energy levels, especially when I feel depleted after a long night sleep. I really enjoy my pan-fried eggs with a good old ham slice and porridge. I usually eat it plain with just Stevia on it, but today as it is one of my last days off, I clearly treated myself with some Nutella and frozen fruits on top.

I always eat carbs AND protein AND fat in the morning to restore my energy levels : the body has gone through fasting the whole night, and it would be clearly a mistake not to feed it with those important nutrients. And be sure you won't get fat just by eating fat in the morning! This is the most suitable time of the nutrients to be fully synthesized in your body.
