What a bliss to stay in bed in the morning! I woke up today at 10 and ate breakfast before I hit back for a strength session. Awesome! Training back is my all-time favorite and it's always a good day! I feel so invincible when my back muscles are all activated :) So it was all fun and I even took pictures because I had time for it. I'm sharing the session (you just have to click on the exercise to see proper form) below ! Have a look and if it feels like you wanna give it a try, tell me how it went for you!

J'adore travailler le dos, c'est ma zone préférée et je passe toujours une bonne journée quand je sens que les muscles sont activés! c'était fun et j'ai même eu le temps de prendre des photos. Prone legs // superset // back extension/ 8 reps each / 4 sets
1-arm row 7kg / 8 reps / 5 sets
Barbell Row / 27kg / 12 reps / 4 sets
                       37kg / 6 reps / 3 sets
Partial Deadlifts 37kg / 10 reps / 7 sets
Lats pulldown with elastic / 20 reps / 3 sets
