Some pictures of my workout this morning, some sets of thrusters, back exercises, and headstands. I only trained for about 30-45 min but it was enough to cope with the stress I've been accumulating this week. Plus, I have several interviews next week that stress me a little bit more so I needed to get that stress out and enjoy my Sunday too!  I can't wait for next week to be over already, you know that feeling lol :) Now I'm going to enjoy some healthy fruity food and chill ! Je ne me suis entrainé que 30-45 min mais ça a suffit pour évacuer le stress accumulé cette semaine. J'ai quelques entretiens la semaine prochaine, ce qui me stresse un peu aussi, donc il fallait que j'expulse tout ça! J'ai déjà hâte que la semaine prochaine soit finie, si vous voyez ce que je veux dire :) Maintenant ça va être snacks de fruits et repos! Passez un très bon dimanche les amis ♥
