Breakfast after a good session at the gym this morning !  I've hit back and biceps today, not my best but that's why it needs to be done !  Lots of pulldowns, lots of row, and then back home for food !  Strawberry proyo, fresh blueberries and raspberries topped with cashew butter and chia seeds ❤ So SO GOOD  !  We are also currently looking for a new home and might have find one that would suit us real fine  !  Fingers crossed !

//petit déjeuner après une bonne session a la salle !  Au programme dos et biceps, c'est pas mon fort mais justement y a besoin !  Beaucoup de pulldowns, de row, et retour a la maison  !  Yaourt protéinés a la fraise, mûres et framboises fraîches, beurre de cajou et graines de chia !  ❤ TELLEMENT bon !  On est aussi a la recherche d'un nouveau chez nous et venons d'en trouver un qui nous irai tres bien ! Croisons les doigts !
